One credit is one result row from the scraper (one ad, one product, one SERP row, or one Maps business — depending on the tool). Your balance is shared across all Transovo scrapers.
How does the free monthly pool work?
Free accounts get up to 500 Maps lead credits each UTC calendar month (refreshed when you use the app). Unused free credits do not roll over. One-time packs add to the same balance; a new month still brings your balance up to at least 500 without wiping higher pack totals.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits from one-time packs never expire.
