PRIVACY POLICY

Transovo LLC

transovo.ai

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Transovo LLC ("Transovo," "we," "us," or "our"), a Virginia limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website transovo.ai and our lead-generation and web scraping tools (collectively, the "Services"). The Services help you discover and export business and marketing-related data from public or licensed sources — for example Google Maps business listings, Facebook Ads Library, Amazon search results, Google SERP results, and similar scrapers we offer. They may also include account features, exports, saved jobs, and related workflows. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use our Services:

a. Account Information

  • Name and email address when you create an account
  • Authentication identifiers (e.g. from Firebase or similar — passwords or tokens are handled using industry-standard practices; we do not store plain-text passwords)

b. Scraper Inputs, Queries, and Results You Generate

  • Search queries, filters, locations, keywords, advertiser or page names, URLs, and other parameters you enter to run a scraper
  • Business or listing data and related fields our systems retrieve from third-party sources when you direct us to run a search or scrape (for example names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, categories, ad content, or product listings — depending on the tool)
  • Exports, downloads, and saved runs (such as CSV or tabular outputs) stored in your account when you choose to save them
  • Job status, usage logs tied to credit consumption, and error messages needed to operate the Services

You are responsible for using exported data lawfully (for example compliance with anti-spam rules, do-not-contact lists, and applicable marketing or privacy laws). We do not sell your contact lists to data brokers for advertising.

c. Payment Information

  • Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor
  • We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details
  • We receive only a transaction confirmation and billing summary from Stripe
  • Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled: stripe.com/privacy

d. Usage Data

  • Pages visited and features used within the Services
  • Device type, browser type, and IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • This data is used to operate, improve, and secure our Services

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide scraper features — running searches, retrieving and displaying results, enrichment where offered, exports, and saving jobs
  • To create and manage your account and saved work
  • To process payments and credits
  • To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and account notifications
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To improve and develop our Services
  • To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

3. Public and Third-Party Data

Scrapers may display information that originates from public pages, APIs, or third-party data providers. That information may include business names, contact details, or ad creative visible to the public. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of third-party or scraped data. You are responsible for how you use exported data and for complying with the terms of any platform or data source you interact with outside our Services.

  • Where we offer optional AI or enrichment steps, subprocessors may process only what is needed to deliver that step, subject to their terms
  • We do not sell your account's saved exports or query history to third parties for their marketing

4. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods:

  • Account information: retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services
  • Saved jobs and exports (downloads, saved lists, etc.): retained until you delete them or delete your account, unless we must retain copies for legal compliance
  • Transient scraper inputs: retained only as long as needed for the feature and our operational backups — contact us for deletion requests
  • Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial laws, typically up to 7 years
  • Usage logs: retained for up to 90 days for security and operations unless a longer period is required by law

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@transovo.ai. We will process verifiable requests within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Exports and Use of Results

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable law, you may use the data you export from our Services for your own business purposes (for example outreach research and list building). Third-party or platform rules (including those of Google, Meta, Amazon, or others) may still restrict how you use underlying source data. We do not claim ownership of your exported lists for the purpose of reselling them to others.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate our platform. Each provider handles data in accordance with its own privacy policy:

We may use additional subprocessors for AI inference, logging, or monitoring; we do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or data brokerage purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

  • Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security)
  • Data at rest on our cloud providers is protected using provider encryption and access controls
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems
  • We conduct regular security reviews of our systems and infrastructure

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@transovo.ai.

8. Age Restriction

Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use our Services.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us at support@transovo.ai.

  • Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information and account

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you
  • The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — we do not sell personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

c. European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • The right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • The right to restrict processing of your personal data
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@transovo.ai. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate our Services. These include:

  • Authentication cookies to keep you logged in to your account
  • Session cookies to maintain your preferences during a visit
  • Security cookies to detect and prevent fraudulent activity

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad networks that sell your browsing data. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of our Services.

11. Policy Updates

  • Post the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a new effective date
  • Send an email notification to your registered email address for significant changes
